What one greenhouse grows in a year, at your prices.
A 2,700 sf climate-controlled house harvests every week of the year, on the program's crop plan: leafy greens, microgreens, specialty greens, and herbs. Drag the sliders to your market and your demand.
Your greens
Each house is 2,700 sf with 1,890 sf of usable growing area, harvesting every week of the year. The program crop plan sets the mix: leafy greens hold a quarter of the area, microgreens get exactly the space their demand needs, and specialty greens and herbs split the rest. Prices are blended for the program's 70% wholesale / 30% direct mix; move them to your market.
Add-on units are the same 2,700 sf house, gutter-connected on the same pad.
The program anchors microgreens to real demand. The default is the deck's 5,000 lb target.

Microgreens take only the area their demand needs; specialty greens and herbs grow on everything left.
Your pathway
Franchise fees come out of gross revenue. Owning outright has no fees, and none of the system behind it.
Figures come from your inputs and the program's planning assumptions as of August 2026(yields per square foot, blended prices), and are gross: the house's operating costs, labor, heating and lighting, packaging, delivery, and financing, are not subtracted. Fee terms shown are current program terms; the FDD in effect at signing governs. Illustrative only, not a financial performance representation or a franchise offer. See Item 19 of the FDD.
